Gabriella stepped into the dress shop a couple minutes early, elated for what should be a day of fun. She and her bridesmaids were due to try on all the wedding dresses and have them fitted for Gabriella's wedding in August. It was currently 10:49 and Gabriella could hardly wait until eleven when all her friends were due to show up.

She was a bit worried about Angel, though. While she had offered to pick up her friend, Angel had declined, saying she could come by herself. It wasn't surprising, seeing as how independent she was, but Gabriella worried about her heavily pregnant cousin coming through the muggle subway. But she was confident that everyone would be able to make it. They were all smart witches.

Gabriella took a seat on a bench in the waiting room, facing the door so she could see her friends come in. She knew it was a bit weird to be going to a Muggle shop to get her dress, but she hadn't found a good dress at a store for witches, so she had chosen this place. The people were particularly nice here, as well. The bell over the door rang and Gabriella stood up to greet...

Raychel entered the dress shop, a wide, charming grin plastered onto her face. She stepped forward and embraced her best friend. "I'm so excited Gabby." she whispered into her friend's ear before stepping away. It was true, she was ecstatic, especially to see the beautiful gold wedding dress Gabby would be wearing. "It's strange, the only dress I've seen is yours, I haven't even seen my own." she added with a laugh. She had helped to pick out Gabby's dress, but had not been around to see her own. In fact, Raychel had been completely taken by surprise when her friend asked her to be a bridesmaid.

Gabriella embraced her friend as well, chuckling slightly upon seeing how excited Raychel was. It was nice to have someone that shared Gabriella's excitement; she had been anticipating this day for a while now, even making sure she was off all day at both her places of work. "I haven't seen the bridesmaid dresses in person, either," Gabriella replied once she stepped away. "But we'll see them all soon enough." Gabriella was most excited to see everyone wearing a stunning silver dress. She liked the ones she had picked out in the catalog.

Angel walked into the shop, ready for a day out, even if it would be a bit difficult. She had not come via the subway, she found public transportation to be a bit too difficult to maneuver these days, so she had drove her old van to the shop. Even with the seat all the way back, her stomach still lightly touched the steering wheel.Six months along with twins, she seemed to be all belly, although her breasts had nearly tripled in size during pregnancy. "Hello," said Angel with a broad grin to her two closest friends in the world. She then took an available seat, glad to have the weight off of her feet.

Gabriella grinned and gave her cousin a brief hug before Angel plopped down onto the bench. "Hey Angie, how are you?" she asked, sitting back down as well. It was nice that she got one big outing with all of her friends before the wedding. It was sort of like a bachelorette party, though without all the massive planning.

"I'm hot, tired, and incessantly uncomfortable, but other than that I'm perfectly fine," said Angel, tone lightly tainted with sarcasm, but using in more of a playful manner than a rude one. "Who else are we waiting on?" Angel had some idea of whom else Gabriella would ask to be her bridesmaids, but she wanted to be sure that her mental list was accurate.

Gabriella chuckled softly at Angel's list of complaints. Her cousin had a way of turning complaints into something of a joke. It certainly lightened the mood. "Let's see..." Gabriella said, thinking of her bridesmaids. "Emily, Jenna, Safira, and if she comes, Bella." Gabriella had felt somewhat obligated to ask Isaac's sister, though she didn't know Bellatrix very well. However, she had been more than happy to invite Safira. As for Isaac's youngest sister, Gabriella was hoping that Vivienne and Angel's sister, Alex, would be flower girls.

Safira walked in next, fresh off her night with Demetri. She had yet to tell anyone that she was moving in with him, and she would rather keep it that way. Although her lover and her elder brother had reached somewhat of a truce; Safira feared that Isaac would kill Demetri if he found out they were living together. And Pansy... Well, she was too consumed with her issues to even notice when she left. "Hello!" Safira said cheerfully, absolutely beaming. She didn't quite know one of the girls there, she knew her name to be Raychel McFarland, but hadn't ever spoken with her.

Bellatrix adjusted her robes as she approached the Muggle dress shop, wondering how she had ended up being a bridesmaid in her brother's wedding to Gabriella Weasley. She had half expected Gabriella to not invite her to any outings, just giving her a bridesmaid dress at the last minute, but it appeared as though Gabriella was kinder than that. "Hello," Bella said with a small smile as she walked in, examining the crowd of girls already there. She was the youngest by far, and the rest of them appeared to be friends. Sure Bella knew all their names, but she couldn't remember ever having spoken with Angel or Raychel.

"Hello Safira, hello Bella!" Gabriella said, beaming as the two Malfoy girls came in, a few seconds separating them. Gabriella was glad that Bella had decided to come; it would probably make Isaac happy to know that his younger sister was going to be a part of his wedding, since they hadn't been getting along too well recently, it seemed. As for Safira, Gabriella was always glad to see her close friend.

Emily shuffled her feet, slouching as she walked to the dress shop. She supposed that she could have come at the same time as her older sister; but she had wanted to spend some time alone. She had discovered a spell that would mask the cuts on her arms, no doubt the dresses Gabriella had picked wouldn't be long-sleeved, the wedding was to be in August after all. Emily slipped in the shop, and gave a small, forced smile to the group already there.

Raychel watched everyone enter, feeling lonelier and lonelier than ever. She smiled politely at Bella and Safira as they entered, and kept a level-headed gaze as Emily entered. As far as she knew, Raychel was the only one who knew about Emily's cutting. But she wasn't about to rat on the younger girl. Her hand instinctively rubbed at her forearm where the Dark Mark was carefully concealed. If Isabelle called her during this... Raychel shook her head as she sighed heavily.
